Charlie Sheen will appear on "The Dr. Oz Show" to discuss being HIV positive almost two months after he revealed his diagnosis on the "Today" show. In a new promo for the Sheen episode, the actor said that he was ready to make his "next big announcement."

In the 30-second preview, Sheen and Dr. Oz go an early morning jog where the actor told the talk-show host about a dream he had when he was 28-year-old.

"In the dream I saw myself across the road," he said. "I had a sign around my neck. It said, 'AIDS.'"

"It's going to be the most difficult thing that I ever tried to tackle," Sheen told Oz of his diagnosis.

"How scared are you?" Oz then asked.

"This disease chose the wrong person," Sheen replied.

In November, Sheen revealed that he had HIV and talked about his diagnosis with Matt Lauer, as HNGN previously reported. During the interview on "Today," Sheen admitted to knowing he was HIV-positive for "roughly four years" and that he told only a select number of people.

The interview on "The Dr. Oz Show" will be Sheen's first major appearance since he went public.
