The Warriors won their previous game against the Cobras on Wednesday. Jon-Jon Smuts' unbeaten 61 helped the Warriors register a 12-run victory over their opponents, according to Sport24. The victory keeps the Warriors in the race for the Ram Slam qualifiers.

"It's a huge week for us, and in truth we're looking forward to it - we're looking forward to the challenge of having to win three out of three," Warriors coach Malibongwe Maketa said, according to Sport24.

The Knights, on the other hand, have no chance to make it to the qualifier, as they remain at the bottom of the points table. The struggling side, however, won its previous two games against the Dolphins and the Lions. They crushed the Dolphins by eight wickets on Saturday after defeating the Lions two days before, according to SuperSports.
