Shortly after saying that she plan on filing for bankruptcy convicted murderer Jodi Arias has found a way to raise some money; she is selling prints of a drawing that she made while imprisoned on her website, according to ABC News.

Arias was found guilty of murdering her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander in May but is still awaiting sentencing. A jury was able to determine that Arias was especially cruel during the crime - Alexander was stabbed over 20 times and shot in the head - making her eligible for the death penalty. That jury could not come to a consensus and was dismissed; the state is opting to retry the sentencing phase of her trial and a start date has yet to be scheduled.

While Arias is not allowed computer access while in prison she has had someone operate a website - JodiArias.com - and a Twitter account for her. Arias has decided to release 100 "limited edition" prints of a painting called "Sailing at Sunset" and sell them for $39 each. The original can be purchased for $1,500, according to the New York Daily News.

"She's able to have access to paper and purchase color pencils, and if she wants to release her property to someone outside, she can," Chris Hegstrom, a spokesman for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, told ABC News. "She's not physically running a business from our jail. I can't stop her from talking on the phone or releasing property."

Arias' website shows many of the drawings she has done in the past. Most are either of nature scenes or celebrities including Elvis, Frank Sinatra and Lucille Ball.

While Arizona has a "Son of Sam Law" preventing Arias from making any money off of movie or book deals she would still be allowed to have someone on the outside sell her paintings and then put the money in her commissary fund, according to the New York Daily News.
