The home side won the first T20, which was played at same venue on Friday, by four wickets, according to bdnews24. It is now aiming to seal the two-match series by winning Sunday's game.

Zimbabwe's middle order batsman Malcolm Waller's thrilling batting performance helped his team post a target of 131 on the scoreboard, which was easily chased by Bangladesh, AFP reported. Waller, who stuck 68 runs of just 31 balls, adjusted to become the man of the match.

Zimbabwe, which has recently lost an ODI series to Afghanistan and became the first full ICC member to lose to an affiliate nation, suffered a humiliating 3-0 whitewash in the preceding ODI series against hosts.

Zimbabwean skipper Elton Chigumbura blamed batsmen for the ODI series loss. "I think you need to spend time in the middle and adjust to the wicket so obviously you need to make sure to stay out there. No need to block down. Those periods will come and go, so just have to make sure to sustain those difficult times as the more you play there, the easier it becomes. I think that's my message to the batsmen," he said, according to ESPNcricinfo.com.
