Jennifer Lawrence made it clear to MTV on the Oscars red carpet that there could be no romantic relationship with Bradley Cooper in fact she was trying to settle him down with a girl.
Lawrence dismissed rumors of dating her "Silver Lining Playbook" co-star Cooper and revealed her efforts to settle the 38-year old actor with a nice woman. She made it clear that there could be nothing beyond good friendship between them.
"He's my brother," she told MTV. "I feel like all I've been doing lately is setting him up.
"I was like, 'You know what? I'm gonna save time and just get you a booklet with pictures of my friends. You just go through and pick them out, because this is getting exhausting for me.'"
Lawrence revealed how the rumors of dating Cooper originated.
"My publicist told me that a magazine was going to say I was having a thing with either Sam Claflin or Bradley Cooper, and I got to choose," she said. "And I chose Bradley Cooper because I love Sam's fiancée [actress Laura Haddock] so much. Sam is so sweet. So sweet that he's almost not hot anymore."
The 22-year-old cleared all rumors of her dating either of her co-stars from "Silver Lining Playbook" and "Catching Fire" and continues to enjoy a single life. She is currently on a vacation in Hawaii as she will be starting her shoot for "The Hunger Games" sequel soon, said the Glamour news report.
