Chloe Goins, a model who has alleged that Bill Cosby drugged her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, has filed a lawsuit against the comedian on Tuesday for sexual assault. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, is seeking punitive damages for a series of problems Chloe Goins has gone through since the assault including mental anguish, loss of self-esteem and dignity, according to The Associated Press.

"Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Goins' body while she was seriously disabled and/or unconscious," the lawsuit states.

Goins claims that she after she was introduced to Cosby by Hugh Hefner at the mansion, Cosby mixed some kind of drug in her drink without her knowledge. She states that she lost consciousness and when she woke up, she found that she had been undressed and her breasts were wet and sticky, "as if someone had been licking them." Cosby was biting on one of her toes "as he crouched at the end of the bed," according to Variety.

The lawsuit, which contains a list of 40 women who have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct, is the third one filed against Cosby since last year, after allegations of his sexual abuse received new scrutiny. Three of his accusers have sued the comedian for defamation over statements released by his representatives that labelled them liars.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office said last week that it was reviewing a police investigation following Goins' accusations for a possible criminal case against Cosby.

Cosby, 78, is also facing a lawsuit by Judy Huth, who alleges that he molested her at the Playboy Mansion around 1974 when she was 15-years-old, according to Time.

The lawsuit has been filed a week after three more women: Pamela Abeyta, Sharon Van Ert and Lisa Christie stepped forward accusing Cosby of drugging, sexually assaulting and harassing them, as HNGN previously reported.
