Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said he doesn't think Arian Foster will play this Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to NFL reporter Ian Rapoport.

The Texans have had a rough start to their 2015 season, going 0-2 through the first two games. Last week against the Carolina Panthers, the Texans struggled to find any offense as they lost 24-17.

"I'm not sure about this week, but I would say sooner rather than later," said O'Brien, via HoustonTexans.com.  Foster was reportedly "looking really good" in practice this week, according to O'Brien. It sounds unlikely the Texans star running back will return this week, and that may be difficult for Houston fans, as the Texans could really use him.

Between three running backs last Sunday, the Texans could only muster 61 yards on the ground. The only rushing touchdown came on a 6-yard carry by quarterback Ryan Mallett.

Foster has been out recovering from surgery on his injured groin, and the timetable for his return has been changed around a few times. The team wants to make sure he is 100 percent before his return, according to Rapoport. Foster is a dominant running back in the NFL. Last year in just 13 games he rushed for 1,246 yards and eight touchdowns.

Without Foster there have been no signs of improvement in the Texans' rushing game. The Texans are 24th in the league in rushing yards and could really use Foster to turn that around. While Foster doesn't seem likely to go this weekend, his return to practice should be a good sign for Texans fans.
