Jessica Alba shows off her sporty side as she poses for the cover of the March issue of "Women's Health" magazine.
Alba has a figure that people would kill for and she shows it off in a white vest and blue jeans as she strikes a sporty yet sexy pose for the cover of the March issue of "Women's Health" magazine. The actress talks to the magazine about her fitness routine, date nights with her husband and spending time with "herself."
On having some "me' time and how she spends it:
"My most favorite thing in the world to do is, I love to take a bath, and maybe there could be a glass of wine involved. Maybe, that would be nice. With lots of Epsom salts because my bones get achy."
On what she does on Date nights with husband Cash Warren:
"Well, everything from an extravagant ordering in, sitting on the couch, looking at Facebook and watching some music reality show that's pretty awesome and going between that and 'Pawn Stars' or 'Storage Wars' is another one we really like. We watch a lot of 'Dateline'. That's usually a hot night in the house, uncovering murders. We'll occasionally go out and have dinners with friends and try to pretend like we're young and still got it in us. But usually we're just tired and we turn into pumpkins. We like to change it up and have fun."
On Her fitness regime:
"I have a treadmill at home actually. So when I'm at home and I'm working out and I don't have a partner with me, I like to put bad television on. Usually a pretty embarrassing reality TV show and I do sprint intervals. So I'll sprint for a minute and walk for 30 seconds and do that on and off for 20-30 minutes usually."
On Her de-stressing secret:
"I like doing dance classes. That's fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises. And sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out. Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that's so much better for me than anything that's repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving."
