Vice President Joe Biden met with Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) on Saturday, further fanning the flames of rumors. Many are considering the private meeting to be a sign that Biden is gearing up for a Presidential run, according to CNN.

The two met at Biden's Washington, D.C. home at the Naval Observatory. Warren, who resisted pleas from her own party to run for President, has not publicly endorsed a candidate. She's considered to be a highly influential member of the Democratic party.

If the VP chooses to run, he will be going against current party favorite Hillary Clinton and Independent Bernie Sanders, whose campaign has been slowly picking up steam. Clinton's candidacy could be eroded by the email scandal swirling around her, CNN reported.

Joe Biden's official schedule shows him being home in Delaware this weekend. The D.C. trip was not on his schedule, but sources have confirmed to the media that it did take place, The Guardian reported. He planned to fly back to Delaware after the meeting.

The actual purpose of the meeting between the two longtime politicians is not known, but speculation is rampant that Biden is shaping his Presidential campaign. Publicly, he has said that he will announce his decision on whether or not to run at the end of the summer, according to The Huffington Post.
