Sharon Stone claims that she never gets asked out anymore, but her flawless nude photo shoot in Harper's Bazaar should have her phone ringing off the hook in no time.

The 57-year-old Stone bares it all in the September issue, looking absolutely flawless in the classy black-and-white photos. Her only accessories include a Bvlgari Serpenti necklace, Tiffany & Co. rings and a couple pairs of Jimmy Choo stilettos.

The Oscar-nominated actress first posed nude in 1990 for Playboy and secured her sex symbol status when she seductively spread her legs in 1992's "Basic Instinct." Despite her age, Stone found the Harper's shoot easier than stripping down 25 years ago.

"I'm aware that my ass looks like a bag of flapjacks," she joked in the Harper's Bazaar interview. "But I'm not trying to be the best-looking broad in the world. At a certain point you start asking yourself, 'What really is sexy?' It's not just the elevation of your boobs. It's being present and having fun and liking yourself enough to like the person that's with you. If I believe that sexy was trying to be who I was when I did 'Basic Instinct,' then we'd all be having a hard day today."

In the interview, Stone also opened up about the brain hemorrhage she suffered in 2001. She struggled for years after with a stutter, blurry vision and trying to regain feeling in her left leg. It also left her with a more abrasive attitude that she says people just need to accept about her.

"It almost feels like my entire DNA changed. My brain isn't sitting where it used to, my body type changed, and even my food allergies are different," she said. "I became more emotionally intelligent. I chose to work very hard to open up other parts of my mind. Now I'm stronger. And I can be abrasively direct. That scares people, but I think that's not my problem... It's like, I have brain damage; you'll just have to deal with it."

Stone will star in the new TNT series "Agent X" this fall as the Vice President of the United States.
