Mia Farrow added her name to the list of celebrities who are outraged at the senseless death of beloved Zimbabwe lion Cecil at the hands of Minnesota dentist Walter Palmer, Page Six reported. The film star shamed Palmer in a Twitter rant and tweeted out his dental office address to her 656,000 followers.

"#CecilTheLion - Gentle protector of six cubs. Loved by many. Killed by dentist Walter Palmer," Farrow wrote on Twitter along with the address to Palmer's business.

The actress, who is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, has since deleted the tweet after being criticized for violating the dentist's privacy, but a version of it remains on her Facebook page. Farrow has yet to comment, according to E! News.

Cecil the lion was 13 years old, and he was loved by many at the Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe where he was a major tourist attraction, as previously reported by HNGN. It was revealed that Palmer was the one who paid $50,000 to hunt and kill the animal. The dentist has since expressed regret for killing the lion. But many people are still calling for Palmer's prosecution, including celebrities like Farrow, Olivia Wilde and Cara Delevigne.

"Animals are not trophies. Ever," Farrow wrote during her Twitter crusade against Palmer.
