San Antonio Spurs veteran Tim Duncan is officially divorced from his wife, Amy.  A judge granted the divorce between Tim and Amy on Tuesday during a "secret" hearing, the San Antonio Express-News reports.

Notice of the hearing didn't appear on the Bexar County Courthouse public docket.  Per the request of Tim's attorney, state District Judge David A. Canales privately held the hearing at the offices of Tim's attorney, where both parties were present.

Canales told The Express-News the hearing wasn't public because "privacy" was a major concern.  Canales and Tim's attorney, Sue Hall, declined to comment on the specifics of the case.

Amy filed for divorce on March 27.  Both of their divorce petitions cite the marriage as becoming "insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities," according to The Express-News.

Their divorce, however, has been the speculation of many rumors.  Amy allegedly had an affair with her personal trainer, which could have been in response to Tim's own alleged longtime affair with a male college friend from Wake Forest University.

Hollywood Street King, a gossip blog, reported an unidentified source as saying Amy alleged during a divorce hearing in July that Tim was bisexual, which created problems in the marriage.

"Amy treated Tim like a b---- throughout their marriage because she knew he was f---ing his BFF," an anonymous source told HSK.  "Tim knows Amy was cheating on him but he's willing to give her whatever she wants, because he doesn't want Amy to tell the world that he's bisexual."

Numerous online websites cited HSK's article, but its veracity hasn't been confirmed by other reports.  Neither Tim nor Amy has commented on the rumor.

The couple, college sweethearts from their days at Wake Forest, married on July 21, 2001 and has two children together.
