Mindy Kaling is no stranger to filming sex scenes for her various television and movie projects.  Unlike most of Hollywood, "The Mindy Project" star is down for the next best thing, some hot simulation with her co-stars.

In her new book "Why Not Me?" scheduled for release Sept. 29, Kaling dedicates a whole chapter to the dreaded act titled "I Love Sex Scenes!". In the chapter she goes into detail about her own experiences and even calls out celebrities like Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis, who have both spoken out about their hatred of filming sex scenes.

"I'm here to tell you they're all lying, every last one of 'em," Mindy writes. "Obviously onscreen sex is not actual penetrative sex, but as any religious high schooler will tell you, simulating sex can be pretty damn enjoyable as well."

Kaling does admit that she understands why her peers dislike the act of simulating sex saying that it can be super creepy and awkward especially if that person has a significant other. "If you are the unlucky spouse of an actor, the last thing you want to hear is that, in addition to him getting to fake-cheat on you by virtue of the most unfair loophole of all time, he also really enjoyed it," she writes.

Kaling is the star/writer of "The Mindy Project" which was recently canceled by Fox but picked up for a fourth season by the online streaming website Hulu.
