Apple has dropped the iOS 10.2 beta 5 build of the new software. The Cupertino giant is currently working on its iOS 10.2 update that is coming with a ton of new emojis. If the release of the betas is to be considered, it seems that the next major update is all set to arrive soon.

According to the Cult Of Mac, the last 10.2 beta version has been released to developers just four days before the rollout of this new beta program. However, this time Apple released the iOS update at the same time for both public beta testers and developers together.

Apple launched the fifth pre-release beta of the iOS 10.2 just over a month after iOS 10.1 was dropped to the general consumers and exactly four days after the fourth beta was released to public beta testers.

The iOS 10.2 update brings many new features to iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, Apple's release notes for iOS 10.2 beta 5 do not mention any major changes. The latest beta is focusing mostly on the bug fixing and under the hood improvements.

The beta 5 version of the iOS 10.2 update can now be downloaded by developers directly from the Developer Center. For users who already have the installation profile on their device, the beta update can also be installed via an over-the-air update.

As per reports by MacRumors, Apple is including new wallpaper and a brand new Music sorting options and buttons in iOS 10.2. The list of screen effects will also see the addition of "Celebrate" and "Send with Love" effects.

In addition, the TV app that was introduced with the launch of the new MacBook Pro is also arriving to mobile Apple devices with the latest update.

If you already have the installation profile on your device, then update can be installed via an over-the-air update. Whether you're a developer or just a member of Apple's public beta program, you can download it now.
