HTC's 2016 flagship is a bonafide gadget in the Smartphone market. The flagship is a high-end device but didn't perform well.
The Taiwan-based tech company is giving huge discounts and coming up with the news schemes to increase the sale of the product, according to ubergizmo.com. This time, it's giving another shot by offering a substantial discount on the HTC 10.
The HTC 10 is a proper high-end smartphone. The Android smartphone features a 5.2 inch 1440p display with a Snapdragon 820 processor. The phone is coming with the tremendous 4GB RAM. The handset also features a 12 megapixel rear and 5 megapixel front cameras as well as USB Type-C and a long lasting battery of 3,000mAh.
HTC launched the handset with a price of $699 but the customers did not appreciate the high price of phone and this was proven to be the big mistake by company. Perhaps they were right and that's one of the reasons why the handset didn't really perform that well in the market.
In an article on ooyuz.com it was stated that in order to sell more units, the company discounted the HTC 10 by $150. It can now be purchased for $549 from HTC itself. The smartphone can be bought for carrier model or the factory unlocked model. This latest offer is applicable on all the colours so colour option is still available to the customers.
Since customers will be purchasing directly from HTC they will also get a year of UH-OH protection which guarantees one free replacement if the handset's display gets cracked or suffers water damage.
