The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge seem to have settled in to the idea of Kate Middleton's bun baking a bit longer. Parking restrictions outside the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington have been extended until May 5 - almost two weeks past the duchess' anticipated due date.

Westminster Council had originally suspended parking outside the wing where the duchess expects to deliver until Wednesday, according to The Telegraph. Turns out, Kensington Palace wagered on the wrong day along with many others who took their bets to broker firms.

According to The Telegraph, some "superfans" have been waiting outside the Lindo Wing for about a month. The thoughtful duke and duchess sent their supporters breakfast on Tuesday. "Two men in dark suits arrived at 9 a.m. and said they had cakes and coffee from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge," royal superfan John Loughrey told The Sun. "It's made me quite tearful to know that they care."

The treats created a whole new frenzy of gender guessing - the breakfast reportedly came wrapped in pink ribbon.

Prince William and his very pregnant wife celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary on Wednesday at Kensington Palace.
