“Big Little Lies” had already reached its finale. The monster is finally gone. Yet, renowned actress Nicole Kidman who plays Celeste Wright, a lawyer also abused wife wants another season for the HBO series.

In her interview with Entertainment Weekly, Nicole shared some of her experience after portraying the life of Celeste in “Big Little Lies.” As fans know Alexander Skarsgård, who plays Celeste’s abusive control freak husband Perry Wright placed Celeste in a life of physical and emotional abuse. Yet, the “To Die For” actress still did an amazing job portraying her.

The 49-year-old actress then said that she has bruises and her body is in pain after all the violent scenes in “Big Little Lies.” Yet, she had experienced something she didn’t quite expect. Things like coming home after abusive violent tapings, she would just take a bath and surprised to see herself crying. Another was throwing a rock due to the stress she was holding in, Nicole shared.

Furthermore, amid the “Big Little Lies” finale, Nicole wanted a second season. “The backstory of Bonnie is complicated, and not fully explored, which is probably why we need to do a season 2,” she said. The “Lion” actress then mentioned that there were many more stories among the women to be explored and delved upon on.

Yet, “Big Little Lies” director Jean-Marc Vallée stated that it wouldn’t be necessary per Mail Online. The reason for no more season 2 is that the whole arc of the novel is already adapted into the screen. “To do a season two, I’m not for it, ” he said. “If there’s an opportunity to reunite with Reese, Nicole and this character, of course, I’ll be a part of it, but Big Little Lies One is a one-time deal.”

Nicole Kidman also shared that her husband for already 11 years, Keith Urban is an addict of “Big Little Lies.” “Oh, you have no idea. I’m, like, salivating for the next episode. When do we get it?
