Verizon, the American Wireless telecommunication company will start pushing the Android 7.0 Nougat update to its HTC 10 users starting tomorrow. The Verizon carrier based-HTC 10 owners will soon experience the Google's latest Android operating system on their smartphones.

The company's VP of Product Management made an announcement on twitter about the arrival of Nougat update to the smartphones starting from March 30, 2017. Mo Versi, the VP of Product Management tweet appreciates the Verizon-based HTC 10 owners for the patience and announced that the Android 7.0 Nougat update will hit the smartphones via OTA.

"HTC 10 Verizon owners! Greatly appreciate all your patience and support. N OS is here! We have TA and OTA to start on Thur 3/30. Thank you!"

The unlocked HTC 10 smartphones in the tech market have already received the Android 7.0 Nougat update in November last year, followed by the magenta carrier- who pushed the update in January. Two major carriers of the United States-Sprint and T-Mobile rolled out the update last month.

The HTC 10 smartphone launched in April 2016 sports a 5.20-inch Super LCD5 capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels at a PPI of 564 pixels per inch. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and features HTC Sense UI.

Under the hood, the HTC 10 smartphone is powered by 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The phone is loaded with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card.

HTC 10 features a 12-Ultrapixel primary camera on the rear with geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama features. The front face of the phone is equipped with a 5-megapixel camera.
