It looks like the tide will turn in favor of Brad Pitt and his estranged wife Angelina Jolie could lose the custody of their six children. The actor has some serious evidence against Jolie which could mar her credentials as a suitable guardian and make it difficult for her lawyers to win the custody battle.

Brad Pitt is planning to release a number of tapes that are related to Jolie's substance abuse, reports Morning News USA. It could prove to be a major jolt to the 'Tomb Raider' actress and subvert her claims of sole physical and legal custody of their six children. Insiders claim that Pitt is in possession of some audio tapes that would be absolute dynamite against her if they are made public.

It is being said that if the tapes resemble the infamous tapes that were made public by Franklin Meyer, the drug dealer who used to supply cocaine and heroin to the actress, she could land in big trouble. It would easily give Pitt an upper hand.

Notably, the tape released by Meyer showed a worn out Jolie looking like a zombie with bloodshot eyes and dry mouth. She was seen talking on the phone with somebody as she scratched her back and arms with dirty fingernails. The drug dealer also claimed that she would buy drugs worth $100 whenever he would pay her a visit.

The tapes date back to 1990s, a bad phase in the life of the actress, by her own admission, when she was dating Billy Bob Thornton. Well, looks like the bad times are back as she has already filed for divorce with Pitt and though the six children are staying with her, the custody battle may tilt in his favor.

At present, DCFS has given him a clean chit in the case of child abuse and it is Jolie's turn to feel the heat. What is more, she might not be able to defend herself as unlike Pitt as the household staff would not testify in her favor.

It is worth mentioning here that they have praised Pitt's parenting skills and character.
