Cleveland Cavaliers lost to the Washington Wizards in a close game, 96-91

The Cleveland Cavaliers lost for the fourth time in six games in this preseason. This time, they tasted defeat in the hands of the Washington Wizards, 96-91.

John Wall once again led the charge for the Wizards as he tallied 17 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals. He shot 5-13 from the floor and 4-6 from the free-throw line. Bradley Beal also had a great game as he finished 13 points, 1 rebound and 5 assists in 28 minutes.

The King LeBron James had his usual versatile performance as he nailed 18 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals in 26 minutes of playing time. Kevin Love had 3 three-pointers to score 15 points on 5-10 shooting. J.R. Smith, who recently re-signed with the Cavs, started in the game and finished 4 points in 12 minutes.

With a win, the Washington Wizards moved back to 0.500 mark at 3-3. The Cleveland Cavaliers dropped to a 2-4 win-loss record in the preseason games, per ESPN.

Clippers escaped Kings' comeback, 102-99

The Los Angeles Clippers are up 79-65 through three quarters. The Sacramento Kings stormed back into the game outscoring the Clippers 24-13 in the final period. But the Los Angeles Clippers managed to escape and claim victory, 102-99.

J.J. Redick piloted the Clippers offense as he scored 18 points and dished out 4 assists. Chris Paul had 8 points and 8 assists to go along with 3 steals. Blake Griffin had also a solid game with 12 points, 6 rebound and 4 assists in 26 minutes of action.

DeMarcus Cousins, who has been involved with a lot of trade rumors, had a monster game with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists in 26 minutes of playing time.

With the Los Angeles Clippers winning and the Sacramento Kings losing, both teams are now 3-3 in preseason games.

Miami Heat pulverizes the Magic, 107-77

The Miami Heat pulverized the Orlando Magic and cruised to a 30-point victory over the Orlando Magic, 107-77.

Goran Dragic carried the scoring load for the Heat as he scored 17 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished out 5 assists. Willie Reed had a terrific game with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 2 blocks.

Serge Ibaka had 15 points and 9 rebounds to lead the Magic. Elfrid Payton struggled from the field as he shoot 1-8 but had a good all-around game with 8 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.

With a win, Miami Heat is now at 4-6 in preseason games while the Orlando Magic dropped to 1-5.
