In the center of all this unpleasant rumors is Captain Jack Sparrow himself.

Hollywood A-lister Johnny Depp has apparently caused hours and hours of delay because of his late turn-ups and sometimes, no-show in the set while filming the newest Pirates of the Caribbean movie in Gold Coast, Australia.

According to an Australian breakfast radio show DJ, who was able to talk to some crew members of the movie, the actor's unprofessional attitude was rooted from some "trouble in paradise".

Johnny Depp was reportedly having constant fights with then-wife, Amber Heard, during the time of filming.

It came to a point when the 53-year-old actor even caused a 4-week break in the production of the movie when he allegedly cut off his finger and used it with blue paint to splatter an accusation of affair in a mirror. He was charging his wife of an affair with Billy Bob Thornton.

Things went crazy from there as Captain Jack Sparrow's wife filed for divorce in May, just barely a month after the filming of the movie concluded. The 30-year-old actress claimed that "The Lone Ranger" actor was verbally and physically abusing her.

Their divorce was finally settled in August.

Amidst all of the drama in Johnny Depp's personal life, Disney trusts completely the great actor's acting prowess and box-office hold. The movie outfit's statement also putting to rest all rumors that Will Turner (played by Orlando Bloom) will be the center of the story of the newest Pirates of the Caribbean movie instead if Captain Jack Sparrow.

"Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" will be released in cinemas on May 26, 2017.
