Noel and Snow were two of the dozens of dogs rescued by Humane Society International last week from a dog meat farm in South Korea. These two pups were best friends on the farm and, though their fate there was a horrible one, they spent all their time together, reported White Wolf Pack.

When they were found at the farm, Snow was tied up and Noel was off leash, free to escape whenever he pleased. However, Noel refused to leave Snow's side until they were both freed, said One Green Planet. This type of loyalty is typical in dogs and is part of why we love them so much!

Noel and Snow were separated for the trip to the U.S. and it was unclear where each one would end up. Luckily, the pair was placed together at the Washington Humane Society, and their reunion was filmed and shared on HSI's Facebook for all of us to enjoy. Watch below.

Snow & Noel
Reuinted in the U.S.
Puppies on dog meat farms are often left loose because the farmers know they won't wander away. Snow was chained up, but little Noel stuck by her. Watch these two best friends be reunited after their long trip to the U.S.

"Snow becomes a different dog with Noel around," says a Humane Society worker in the video, as we see the dogs jumping for joy. This story has an incredibly happy ending, and HSI is working to eliminate dog meat farms so that all dogs' stories will end this way. Consider donating HERE.
