Denver Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler will reportedly start for the remainder of the 2015 season, according to Jason Cole of Bleacher Report. The Broncos have refuted the report that Osweiler is their starting quarterback, stating that no decision has been made on their quarterback situation beyond this week, according to the Broncos' team Twitter account.

"The decision by the Broncos has been made that they will continue the rest of the season with Brock Osweiler as the starting quarterback, and will move on from Peyton Manning at this point in time," said Cole, via Bleacher Report. "The only thing that could change that is if Osweiler struggles significantly. He has only started two games so far this season, and teams could figure him out and cause him problems. That's why it's important Peyton Manning remain ready to possibly go in and be a sub for Osweiler in that situation."

Osweiler led the Broncos in a huge win over the New England Patriots this past Sunday and improved to 9-2 on the season. The Broncos only sit behind the New England Patriots in the playoff picture and still face a 9-2 Bengals team on Monday Night Football later this season that could determine which team gets the first round bye. Head coach Gary Kubiak has not revealed any information whether Osweiler has earned the full time starting position, but after handing the Patriots their first loss of the season, the job seems his to lose.

It will be interesting to see what Denver does going into the most crucial part of the season, but that will likely depend on Osweiler's play. Reports have already come out that Manning wants to play in 2016 even if it's not in Denver, and if Osweiler continues to play well, Manning's time in Denver looks to be done. The Broncos have a divisional matchup with the San Diego Chargers this weekend, and Osweiler will need to produce a win and strong numbers, or questions about Manning's return will begin to increase.
