It's week 12 in the NFL and there have already been some significant injuries across the league. Here are some of the latest reports and news on players that suffered injuries this weekend.

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger - Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger left in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks with a concussion, according to Steelers spokesman Burt Lauten. The Steelers would go on to lose 39-30, and have now fallen to 6-5 on the season. Roethlisberger was hit late causing a roughing the passer penalty, but stayed on the field and finished the series. The Steelers quarterback would not return the next drive, and quarterback Landry Jones instead finished the game for the Steelers.

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham - The Seahawks tight end suffered an apparent knee injury, and was carted off with an air cast over his right leg during their win over the Steelers, according ESPN's Adam Schefter. (UPDATE: Graham tore his patella tendon, the team announced. He is out for the remainder of the season.) Graham appeared to injure his knee when he landed on it awkwardly in the end zone. The Seahawks top tight end suffered the injury in the fourth quarter with the game tight. Graham had four catches for 75 yards on the afternoon. Graham immediately grabbed his knee following the injury, and trainers immobilized his right leg with an air cast. It's unclear how long Graham will be out for, but the injury appeared to be significant.

Kansas City Chiefs LB Justin Houston - The Kansas City Chiefs star linebacker left the game late in the first quarter against the Buffalo Bills with a knee injury. Head coach Andy Reid stated after the game that Houston suffered a sprained knee, and will reportedly have an MRI to determine the severity of his injury, according to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk. Houston was having another dominant season for the Chiefs and had recorded 7.5 sacks in 10 games this season. The Chiefs extended their winning streak to five games with their 30-22 win over the Bills Sunday, and will wait to hear the results of Houston's MRI before determining how long he is out.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Allen Hurns - Hurns was carted off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter of a loss to the San Diego Chargers, 31-25. The Jaguars wide receiver landed hard on the ground after diving for an incomplete pass. Hurns was taken to the hospital, but has since been released and has been diagnosed with a concussion, according to Sports Illustrated. The Jaguars second year receiver was having a productive season, and had caught four passes for 42 yards before suffering the injury. Hurns will now have to clear the NFL's concussion protocol before he can return to the field.

New York Giants OL Geoff Schwartz - The New York Giants offensive line was already thin going into their matchup against the Washington Redskins, and have now lost another big piece in Schwartz. Schwartz left the game in the first quarter in what is being called a lower-leg fracture, according to ESPN's Dan Graziano. The Giants lost control of the division lead in a loss to Washington 20-14, and will need linemen Justin Pugh (concussion) and Weston Richburg (ankle sprain) to get healthy quickly if they want to compete down the stretch of this season. It's unclear how long Schwartz will be out, but a leg fracture could be a significant amount of time.
