Laverne Cox and Caitlyn Jenner are two huge role models in the public eye and in the transgender community, and they're doing everything they can to make a difference.

After months of phone calls and social media interactions, the two finally met back in July at Jenner's private screening of her reality show "I Am Cait," and it turns out, Cox was an instant fan of the show and continued to watch it throughout the entire season.

When asked about the show following Sunday night's Emmy Awards, the "Orange is the New Black" star had so many great things to say.

"I've seen every episode," she told E! News. "What I loved most about it is how Cait gave the opportunities to other trans people to elevate their stories as well. That's what I've tried to do is to elevate the stories of other trans people. So as compelling as Cait's story is, I was even more compelled by some of the other trans people who were represented on her show."

The two are bringing attention to the transgender community on television in ways we never would have seen years ago. Even though "I Am Cait" had lower rating than expected, it still had plenty of fans, including Cox.

While E! has not officially announced anything about a second season, a source close to the show told Buzzfeed that it will be renewed. Apparently, season two will premiere in March 2016.
