Katy Perry came really close to a wardrobe malfunction at her movie premiere on Tuesday, but still managed to look fabulous doing so.

While being honored at the Hollywood Boulevard handprint ceremony, along with designer friend Jeremy Scott for the premiere of their new movie "The Vladar Company's Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer."

Perry stunned in a cleavage-exposing black gown, according to E! News. While the dress hugged the 30-year-old pop stars curves perfectly, when she bent down to make her handprint in the wet concrete, she came close to slipping out!

"Katy is the arc of the film," Scott told Us Weekly at the premiere. "When you see it, you'll understand. There's these iconic moments that everyone knows - like her on the field for the Super Bowl, and us at the Met Gala on the stairs. And me kissing her hand. But then you have us in the car and me nervous, and her making me laugh and putting me at ease."

Scott wore a similar black suit with the same black rhinestones, showing off some cleavage of his own, and the two looked like a match made in heaven as they posed on the red carpet.

"We're matching! We're twinning!" Perry said, laughing. "I think that's the word on the streets these days, and Jeremy just always is so kind to let me borrow things. I turn into a pumpkin at midnight though."

Scott is the first designer to ever have his hand prints in the iconic Hollywood stars collection.

"Still can't believe this happened tonight!!" he captioned a photo of the two making their marks. "To be the only designer in history to leave their hand prints in the iconic collection of stars!!! @chinesetheatres !!! #DREAM #COME #TRUE !!!"
