A hate letter sent to a family with an autistic child has sparked outrage nation wide, and many have taken to social media to express support and anger about the hate note.

Maxwell Begley, 13, was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when he was 20-months-old, according to the Toronto Star. His parents, James and Karla Begley have loved their son not caring he is 'different,' but wouldn't ever think about doing some of the things the hate letter suggest they do.

"That noise he makes when he is outside is DREADFUL! Its (sic) scares the hell out of my normal children!!!!!" said the letter. "They should take whatever non retarded body parts he possesses and donate it to science."

The typed letter, penned by the alias "One pissed off mother," suggested Karla should "go live in a trailer in the woods with your wild animal kid" and to "(do) the right thing and move or euthanize him!"

When Kara read the letter, she immediately became distraught, devastated by the thought someone could think of harming her son, according to multiple reports. Maxwell's father only had one word to describe the note.

"Disgusting" James Begley told CNN. "I cannot believe that someone would think that in this day and age."

Many took to social media sites Twitter and Facebook to express support and discontent about the nasty letter:

According to Karla's Facebook page, the letter was taken to The Crown Attorney Office in Ontario, Canada.

"The Crown Attorney's Office in Ontario says a letter asking the family of an autistic boy to move or euthanize him falls below the threshold for a hate crime, despite the hateful language," Durham Regional Police Service said in a news release, according to MSN.

There is an ongoing criminal investigation, where police officials will decide what charges can be brought upon the writer, if any at all.
