Nokia 3 is the Smartphone launched at the Mobile World Congress event in February at Barcelona. The Smartphone will soon hit the United States tech market as the device (TA-1038) has received a go signal from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Also, there are reports claiming that Nokia 3 will be launched in India, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Europe markets in the second quarter

According to Nokia Power User, Nokia 3 (TA-1038) variant has passed certification at FCC, the US certification authority. The authority regulates interstate communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 states.  The Antenna diagram of the FCC reveals that it is a Nokia 3 variant and the dimensions found in the diagram are 143mm × 72 mm.

It is reported that Nokia 3 (TA-1038) will support LTE 2, 4, 7, 12 and 38 bands in the United States market. Also, Nokia 3 is a dual-SIM variant and has dual SIM dual standby support. Also, the report assumes that Nokia 3 (TA-1038) variant will have a price tag of $150.

Other reports claim that the United States version of the Nokia 3 will come with VoLTE, a fingerprint scanner, NFC and Silver White, Matte Black, Tempered Blue, and Copper White color options.

Nokia 3 sports a Gorilla Glass-protected 5-inch display with a 720 x 1280 (HD) resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 processor coupled with a quad-core 1.4GHz CPU and the Mali T-720 MP2 GPU.  A 2GB of RAM and16GB of internal storage with an option to expand up to 256GB via microSD slot is provided under the hood.

The Smartphone sports an 8MP camera at the rear and the front with f/2.0 aperture. 2650mAh battery powers the device and comes with Android 7.0 out-of-the-box.
