The German arm of Samsung has reportedly sent out special invites for the launching event of what is expected to be the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini.
Referred to "something small" in the invites, this new model hopes to enjoy as much success as the Samsung Galaxy S3, which was launched in March.
The invited were in German and when loosely translated read, "something small will be really big" followed by "get ready for a little sensation." The very distinctive "S" logo that has become the trademark of all Samsung devices was also printed in the middle of every invite.
Rumors about the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 mini have been making the rounds for quite some time now and many leading tabloids have published reports hinting at a launch sometime very soon this year.
Earlier this year, Dutch site GSM Helpdesk reported that the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini will be launched end of this year. German site Mobiflip, who were the first to report the sending of the invites, writes that the launch of "anything else would not make sense for me at the moment."
A few features of the new Samsung Galaxy S III mini has been shared as seems like the Phone will feature a 4-inch, 800 x 480 screen display. It will supposedly run on a dual-core processor and will also feature a 5 megapixel camera.
According to the website, the event will be taking place at the Samsung Mobile Store in Frankfurt.
