While most of you were talking about the Apple Watch and the iPhone 6S, Apple has been slowly developing the next Macbook Pro and iMac.

Early reports predicted that Apple would release an updated version of the 15-inch Macbook Pro and the 27-inch iMac in the near future. Rumors have flown around for a while. But French Apple news site Macg.co discovered that users could see the device updates arrive as early as this Wednesday. "Macg.co] cites an unnamed source who has provided accurate information on a number of occasions in the past, but provides no further details regarding the exact specs and upgrades that could go into the two new computers," reports MacRumors.

Very little technical information was disclosed about the new Macs. MacG.co believes that the Macbook Pro will receive a new processor, though the anonymous source was not willing to disclose which chips would be used in the update.

This update seems to be in sync with Apple delaying a select number of products on its site. Apple tends to delay a product's delivery when it updates the technology inside the product.

This would be the second update to the Macbook in two months. Apple first updated the Macbook Pro in March 2015 with improved processors, boosted graphics and the new Force Touch touchpad.

MacRumors suspects that Apple is releasing this Macbook/iMac update in preparation for the upcoming WWDC conference, where developers will learn about the upcoming changes to Apple's operating systems as well as its new streaming service. WWDC will take place between June 8 and June 12.
