Kelly Osbourne lost almost 60 pounds after years of hard exercise and diet and she says it was not easy. She is seen in a sexy bikini in the new edition of Cosmopolitan Body.
Osbourne opens up about her fitness regime after losing more than 60 pounds since she started off years ago, in an interview with Cosmopolitan Body. She reveals the struggle she went through to lose those extra pounds.
"Working out is not fun, I'm not going to lie and say it is. I sweat my arse off and I'm miserable for the hour that I'm doing it but when I'm done, I feel amazing," she said during the interview. "There's no quick fix and it does take a long time. It drives you mad when you see someone eating chips when you can't have any, but it's so worth it."
Osbourne recalls her difficulty with working out initially where she found even one sit up a huge task. But the 28-year-old panelist on E's "Fashion Police" with her never-give-up attitude did her practice and is now addicted to her gym.
"Now I work out every day and I just don't feel good if I miss it,"she said. "It's amazing how quickly your fitness builds, but you have to really want it,"
Osbourne revealed her moment of happiness when she was able to fit in to the Zac Posen couture dress specially designed for.
"At the Emmys last year I had my first moment when I really felt good," she said. "I put on my dress and when I looked at myself in the mirror I cried. Never in my life did I think that Zac Posen would fly in a dress for me that he could have given to any nominee. It fitted me perfectly!"
She further talks about her motivation to work out every day and her health consciousness.
"I'm happy with how I look now. As long as I'm healthy, do exercise and eat right, that's the main thing," she said in the interview. "I'm slim now, but I don't want to be anorexic. I love Matthew and we love to work out together - we motivate one another. I go on the treadmill every day for half an hour and do two hours of exercise if I have a special event."
