While taking her clothes off for a new "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" photo shoot, Kim Kardashian revealed how she deals with insecurities about her body.

"I have psoriasis, there is nothing I can do about it so there is no reason why I should feel uncomfortable," Kardashian said during her photo shoot at a Middle Eastern desert, according to The Mirror

"So to make myself feel better I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. I just want to do fun and artsy things. I want to capture really cool moments and have some great shoots and be nude and do all this cool stuff."

Psoriasis, the condition Kardashian admitted to having, "is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin," according to WebMD

Kardashian, who has one daughter, North West, said she became more confident in her body once she entered motherhood.

"My level of confidence has just changed so much I think since I've had the baby," Kardashian said on the show. "I put a lot of work into (my body) and there's a sense of accomplishment you have when you lose weight like that. I just felt really good about myself. And it was a proud moment for me."
