Putting breakup rumors to rest, Jennifer Aniston and fiancé Justin Theroux were spotted shopping together in Beverly Hills over the weekend.
The photos show the couple, who were last seen together at actress Lake Bell's wedding on June 2, laughing and smiling at Maxfield, a Beverly Hills-based boutique.
Reports first surfaced that the couple had called it quits after they postponed their plans for a summer wedding. While Aniston and Theroux blamed the holdup on their busy schedules and the stressful renovation of their $21 million mansion in Bel Air, sources speculated that the real reason was that they couldn't agree on where to settle down.
"Justin has really tried to like living in Los Angeles, but he just doesn't," a source told Radar Online. "It's not his vibe. He loves the energy and grittiness of New York City."
Aniston, on the other hand, is reportedly insistent upon making her permanent home on the West Coast.
"Jen is firmly planted in LA," the source dished. "[She] doesn't like New York City."
US Weekly also reported Theroux may have gotten cold feet.
"[He] got weirded out by all the rushing," a source told the magazine of the couple's planning during their one-year engagement.
While the photos may show that their relationship is off the rocks for now, it is unlikely that Aniston and Theroux will be walking down the aisle anytime soon. Aniston is set to begin promotion for her new film "We're the Millers," a comedy also featuring Emma Roberts and "SNL" funny-guy Jason Sudeikis.Theroux is also focused on work. He was just cast in "The Leftovers," a new HBO pilot.
