Foot Orgasm Syndrome: Orgasms on Foot, Is It Really Possible?

“Mrs. A”, as dubbed by her doctor, a 55-year old woman from Netherlands will attest that she had episodes of orgasms on foot which doctors call as ‘foot orgasm syndrome’.

Some women may be jealous if they read this but this woman is really lucky because she doesn’t need vaginal stimulation in order to achieve an orgasm. However, Mrs. A felt this disturbing and embarrassing.

If you think it is easy to achieve foot orgasms, well sorry to break it to you because it is not something you can try and master. Mrs. A started having weird sensations from her foot a couple of weeks after returning home from a Sepsis treatment. The New York Daily News even reported that she went to a coma preceding this condition. When she woke up from coma, she started having those weird tingling sensations. It may have felt good but not if it’s coming from your foot.

Dr. Marcel D. Waldinger, a neuropsychiatric from Utrecht University in the Netherlands, who wrote about this case and also attended to Mrs. A’s needs, explained that her patient suffered from a mental condition where her brain was unable to distinguish the sensations from her genitals and her foot. She actually had six foot orgasms in a day.

She then conducted an MRI scan on the patient’s brain which showed everything was normal but they she noticed that there were differences on the nerves of her left and right foot. They identified that it was her left foot which have had experienced orgasms.

The foot orgasm syndrome is new so the doctors were not really sure how to cure it. However, they tried to inject anesthesia on one of the patient’s spinal nerves which unexpectedly worked. The orgasms instantaneously stopped.

It’s been eight months and Mrs. A told them that she have not had another episode of foot orgasm.

Dr. Waldinger’s report was first published in LiveScience.
