According to reports, Bobbi Kristina Brown's situation has made a turn for the worse. The 21-year-old was rushed to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Ga. on Saturday after she was found face down in a filled bathtub.

TMZ is now reporting that Brown has "significantly diminished" brain function and doctors have told the family to pray and continue hoping that Brown pulls through. A source close to family told the site that the situation doesn't look good.

"We're told tests have determined her brain function is alarmingly low," TMZ reports.

Another source told E! News that Brown is still unresponsive and is hooked up to a ventilator to help her breathe. Late Saturday night, she was placed in a medically induced coma because of swelling of the brain.

"She has vital signs," a source told E!.

On Jan. 31, Brown's husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend found her unconscious in a bathtub at their home. According to reports, they immediately started CPR until police and paramedics arrived. Gordon and Brown's father, Bobby Brown, is currently at the hospital with other family members and friends.

It's still not clear what led to Brown's hospitalization, and an investigation is underway. According to reports, police searched the Georgia home for drugs but didn't find anything.

"We are interviewing all the family members and friends that were at the house at the time," a police spokesperson said, according to CBS News. "We don't know if it was an accident or what this could be."

Brown's mother, the late Whitney Houston, was found dead on Feb. 11, 2012 in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel on the eve of the Grammy Awards. The coroner determined that the 48-year-old died from accidental drowning and said cocaine use and heart disease contributed to her death.
