Elizabeth Olsen and her fiance Boyd Holbrook have called it quits less than one year after becoming engaged.

Us Weekly reported that Olsen and Holbrook ended their engagement after dating for nearly three years and getting engaged last March. The actress was photographed Sunday without her engagement ring while shopping at a farmer's market in Studio City, Calif.

The couple has not been photographed together for four months. Holbrook reportedly attended the CAA's Pre-Golden Globes Party at the Soho House in West Hollywood on Jan. 9 with Olsen. An insider claimed that the "Gone Girl" actor was seen "outside flirting with a blonde woman who coincidentally resembled his love of three years."

Olsen and Holbrook met on the set of "Very Good Girls" in 2012 and reportedly hit it off immediately. Before purposing in Paris, Boyd reportedly asked Olsen's father for permission.

"There was great chemistry there. She really likes him!" an insider told Us Weekly at the time. Another insider added, "They've been by each other for a while, taking a lot of couple time, talking about getting engaged."

Holbrook opened up to InStyle in October 2014 and discussed their plans to settle down and have a stable relationship.

"There's a lot to be said about stability," he said. "So many people don't get married nowadays - you see it less and less - but it's a shame if you don't ever have the experience of sharing something with someone else. It's a real shame. Love is the prize in life."
