"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice has only been in prison for a few days, but there's reportedly already talk of her getting an early release date. The 42-year-old Bravo star began her 15-month sentence on Monday (Jan. 5) at Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut.

According to US Weekly, the "inmate locator" section of the Bureau of Prisons website states that Giudice will be home Feb. 5, 2016, two months before her original release date.

Her attorney previously told US Weekly about the possibility of Giudice being released early saying, "You do 85 percent of your term. So 85 percent of hers is 12 and 3/4 months."

"Then, you are eligible on that date for halfway house or home confinement for other 6 months or 10 percent of her sentence... She's aware of that," the attorney added.

The only way the Bravo star won't be sent home early is for bad behavior, US reports. While Giudice is behind bars, she'll be expected to get a job at the prison.

"We spoke about things in general on the car ride [to the facility]," her lawyer James J. Leonard Jr. said. "How things work in prison, about working and what job she can get. She was hoping they'd let her work in the kitchen."

Giudice and her husband, Joe, were indicted on several counts of fraud. Joe is currently home taking care of the couple's four daughters - Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 4 - but will have to serve his 41-month sentence after his wife is released.

Leonard told E! News that Joe is doing OK but he did get a little emotional when Giudice had to leave.

"This is a very strong family and they're going to be fine," he said. "He told me that obviously it was a difficult day but that everybody was doing OK. He's a strong man, very strong family, and a good father."
