Bill Cosby is once again being accused of sexually assaulting a woman. Just one week after comedian Hannibal Buress slammed "The Cosby Show" star as a "rapist" and bad role model, actress Barbara Bowman has come forward with accusations that the 77-year-old drugged and raped her when she was a teen.

According to the Daily Mail, Bowman, 47, alleges that Cosby repeatedly sexually assaulted her starting when she was 17 years old. In an explosive interview, the actress said the famous TV dad was a "monster" who took advantage of her.

"I was drugged and raped by that man," Bowman told the Daily Mail. "He is a monster. He came at me like a monster. My hope is that others who have experienced sexual abuse will not be intimidated into silence by the famous, rich and powerful. If I can help one victim, then I've done my job."

"I'm finally revealing all of my full story in hopes that others will learn to read the tell-tale signs of abuse and not wait as long as I did. No one believed me for years," she continued. "They said Bill would never do that. That it was preposterous. But I'm putting my name out there and standing behind these words, just like Buress. No more code of silence."

During a comedy routine in Philadelphia on Oct. 16, Buress ranted that he didn't understand why so many people looked up to and admired Cosby.

"He gets on TV, 'Pull your pants up black people, I was on TV in the '80s. I can talk down to you because I had a successful sitcom,'" Buress mocked. "Yeah, but you rape women, Bill Cosby, so turn the crazy down a couple notches."

Bowman told the Daily Mail that she thought Buress was brave for bringing up the allegations because he was "standing up for me and the other women who are too afraid to speak out."

According to reports, as many as 13 women have claimed to have been raped or sexually assaulted by the actor.

"And the timing couldn't be better," she added. "It sickens me to think he'll be on TV again, playing a father, no less."

The Daily Mail reports that Cosby is in talks to star on a new sitcom on NBC.  So far, the network has not responded to Bowman's allegations. The actress went into further detail during her interview with the Daily Mail, graphically describing incidents in which she alleges that Cosby made her inappropriately touch him.

"He laid me down on the couch and started caressing and touching me all over," she said describing a time when she was alone in a hotel room with Cosby. "Then he put my hand on his penis, covering it with his hand."

Bowman said another time she believes she was drugged and raped by the actor.

"I know for sure he forced himself multiple times upon me and since he needed to create an environment in which I could not fight him, I can't in all honesty say that I recall penetration because at that time I was in a vacant state of mind," she told the Daily Mail.
