If you're having a bad day, just take two minutes to watch this video and you will immediately start feeling better.

Appolos Hester, a Texas high school football player for the East View Patriots, gave perhaps the most positive and enthusiastic interview in sports history following East View's 42-41 comeback victory over the Vandegrift Vipers. The Patriots overcame a 14-point deficit and stuffed a Vipers two-point conversion attempt with 13 seconds left to remain unbeaten. Hester could not have been happier about it.

"You can do anything you put your mind to. Never give up on your dreams. Keep smiling and no matter what you're going through, if you fall down just get up," Hester told Austin's TWC Sports Night. "If you can't get up, your friends are there to help you up. Your mama's there, your daddy's there. God's there! Hey, I'm there to help you up. ... It's going to be all right. Just keep smiling."

The interview currently has over 870,000 views on Youtube. It seems people can't get enough of Hester's sincere enthusiasm. Unsurprisingly, Hester's twitter handle is MR. GOODVIBES, an ode to his sunny disposition.

"All right, well, at first we started slow, we started real slow, and you know, that's all right, that's OK, because sometimes in life, you're gonna start slow. That's OK," Hester said.
