August Alsina is reportedly still in a New York City hospital after collapsing and falling off stage during a show Monday night. The "No Love" singer was performing at Irving Plaza on Sept. 15 when his body went limp and he fell into the crowd.

The incident was captured on cell phone cameras and posted online. A rep for the singer told TMZ that Alsina remains hospitalized after suffering "multiple seizures." He is currently receiving treatment. According to TMZ, doctors did not find drugs - other than marijuana - in Alsina's system and they believe he passed out from exhaustion and dehydration.

Several sites had previously reported that the 22-year-old had allegedly smoked a strong Grade A++ weed, known as "Knockout," shortly before he went on stage.

"Luckily, August Alsina is doing much better now. He was taken to the hospital and his team claims that it was just 'exhaustion,'" Media Take Out wrote. "But we heard otherwise... word is that he smoked some crazy weed called Knockout. He thought he could handle it... but nah."

Alsina was wrapping up his first solo tour, "Testimony," named after his debut album. The singer was supposed to perform Tuesday night at Bogart's in Cincinnati, Ohio but the venue announced on their Facebook page that the concert was cancelled.

"Attention: Due to unforeseen circumstances, August Alsina will not be appearing at Bogart's tonight. We are attempting to reschedule the date, but do not have any information at this time. If necessary, refunds will be made available at point of purchase, or will be valid for the new date once announced," the message read.

Alsina has another show scheduled for later this month in Kansas City.

"I Said A Prayer 4 Ya Lil Homie @AugustAlsina 'Minor Set Bike For A Major ComeBike' Double Salute," singer Plies tweeted.
