Zelda Williams is back! Robin Williams' daughter has returned to social media after claiming that she was bullied by malicious internet users last month.

After a brief three-week absence following her father's death, the 25-year-old actress posted an inspiring message on Twitter Monday that read, "Thank You," and was followed by a link to her Tumblr page that featured a quote from actor Harvey Fierstein about bullying.

The quote read, "Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself."

Last month, Williams decided to quit social media after several internet users posted offensive messages following her father's suicide. Two users sent her photo-shopped pictures of her father days after he hung himself, the Daily Mail reported.

She wrote her final tweet on Aug. 12, which read, "I'm sorry. I should've risen above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye."

She wrote on Instagram: "I will be leaving this account for a [bit] but while I heal and decide if I'll be deleting it or not. In this difficult time, please try to be respectful of the accounts of myself, my family and my friends. Mining our accounts for photos of dad, or judging me on the number of them is cruel and unnecessary. There are a couple throughout, but the real private moments I shared with him were precious, quiet, and believe it or not, not full of photos or 'selfies.'"

Days before deleting her account, she thanked her followers for donating to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of her father, and wrote, "I'm overwhelmed. The charity meant the world to him, as it does to me. Knowing that so many children will be helped in his honor is all I could've asked for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

When Williams deleted her account, Twitter reinforced their guidelines regarding online harassment through their site. Del Harvey, Twitter's vice president of trust and safety, said that the social media site does not "tolerate abuse," and that they have suspended several accounts related to Williams' harassment case.

"We have suspended a number of accounts related to this issue for violating our rules and we are in the process of evaluating how we can further improve our policies to better handle tragic situations like this one," Harvey said. "This includes expanding our policies regarding self-harm and private information, and improving support for family members of deceased users."
