Warner Bros. showcased many DC franchises during San Diego Comic Con 2014, but “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” came out on top.

Way To Blue research group created an infographic of the most popular mentions in during the Comic-Con. “Batman vs. Superman” was the most popular film while “Game of Thrones” was the hit TV show for the convention.

Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman was the most popular superhero with close to 150,000 mentions. Surprisingly, “Avengers: Age of Ultron” barely made it to the top five most popular show and/or film. You can check out the infographic from Way To Blue below.

Warner Bros. also unveiled the pilot of their Batman prequel, “Gotham,” set to premiere on Sept. 22 on FOX. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Robin Taylor (The Penguin) was the clear fan favorite out of the villains show at Comic Con. Taylor thanked fans for welcoming him to the series.

"As an actor, you just want to get the best material possible," said Taylor. "When I come to set and look at what we're doing for the day, and I see what's written … I feel like I am just stepping into something amazing."

However, fans should not expect Batman in the “Gotham” series. Show executive producer Danny Cannon and creator Bruno Heller recently explained to The Wrap why a Batman appearance would mean the end of the series.

“I was relieved when I found out there was no Batman, I don't want to stand shoulder to shoulder with Chris Nolan,” Cannon told The Wrap. “Chris Nolan's masterpiece and on a TV budget? I really don't want to do that.”

“For me I always lose interest as soon as he gets into the costume,” Heller added. “You can't tell human stories with super-humans in the frame.”

Along with the “Gotham” pilot, Warner Bros. unveiled the pilot for another DC hero “The Flash,” which will premiere on the CW on Oct. 7.
