Khloe Kardashian Odom has had a battle with weight for most of her life but these days, the reality star is looking even better than ever.
E! News reports that when they spoke to the reality star, she revealed secrets behind her fitness routines and new body just in time for the summer season.
"I've been on a workout kick and even if it's not necessarily to lose weight, I just think what it does for my mind, it makes me feel like I've released so much stress," said Kardashian at the HPNOTIQ's Glam Louder Program and Bling it On! Contest. "And I do think that makes me then feel like I'm ready to take on the world today."
The 28-year-old admits that she has been trying to "have a lifestyle change" and "just work out consistently and try to make that a way of my life."
Despite losing so much weight, Kardashian feels that "I've lost weight but now I need to tone up."
"For eating, honestly, I love food and I feel like that's family time, it revolves around food," she said. "I'm just more aware of what I'm eating. But I won't deprive myself because I used to be on diets and I'd never last and so I just try to be more aware of what I'm eating and just in moderation."
Kardashian has been on the front when it comes to defending her older sister, Kim Kardashian who is pregnant. The mother-to-be has been the center of criticism over her weight gain. Younger sister came to her defense and said that it was "disturbing that society loves to critique a woman's shape no matter how beautiful or happy she may be within herself."
