Another "Batman vs. Superman" story making headlines is Jason Momoa's alleged casting as Aquaman. Hitfix originally broke the news claiming sources confirmed the "Game of Thrones" actor has officially signed on for the role.

Momoa recently stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" where he dodged questions relating the production. Momoa asked the show host if he was interested in seeing him in the Aquaman costume rather than answering if he would be stepping into the green tights. Watch Momoa's interview with Kimmel in the video below.

The actor has consistently denied involvement with the "Batman vs. Superman" production. Before the interview with Kimmel, Momoa attended a "Game of Thrones" panel at Detroit's Motor City Comic Con in May.

According to Comic Book Movie, Momoa became annoyed with a reporter who asked him about the Aquaman casting rumors.

"What does everything tell you? No. Stop asking me. It's so annoying. Sorry, you're not annoying," Momoa told the panel crowd. "Oh you're the press? Get the f*** out of here. Here, put this in there - you're a d***, you're a d***. [Allowing the audience to laugh] You're not a d***, I'm just playing. You know what, I think it started when people said 'What superhero would you play?'

"And I'd say Batman and Superman, they'd be awesome together. Then people were like, 'He's in Batman vs. Superman!' I'm like, I really like Lobo. 'HE'S LOBO!!' And then some a**hole was like 'He's Aquaman! And I'm like - what did you just call me? Where the f*** do you pull out Aquaman? Seriously... And then it shows up on the Internet. Not that it's a bad rumour."

"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" is set to premiere in theaters on May 6, 2016.
