“Man of Steel” fans are snapping set photos of the “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” set in Detroit, Mich.

New close up images of director Zack Snyder’s production have surfaced. The photographs shared on social media give fans a better look the alleged LexCorp buildings. You can check out more images of the “Batman vs. Superman” set here.

Batman-News reports sources claim the new LexCorp will be unlike fans have ever seen before in previous live-action version:

"A source close to Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice has informed me that production is heading to LexCorp next week. In Zack Snyder's Man of Steel sequel, LexCorp is described as a young, edgy company. Think of it as a .com or Google type workplace. It's a smart company with a stylish vibe, a youthful clash of rock and roll, preppy, and nerdy employees. Hipsters! The LexCorp scene will be shot on June 12th and 13th and it will take place in the fall. Actors will be wearing layers with long sleeves, lightweight jackets, and blazers."

Though the LexCorp building is causing a stir, the “Batman vs. Superman” production has also erected a stature that resembles the Man of Steel. Many are speculating the statue could pertain to the Justice League headquarters, but the production hasn’t confirmed any plot details. However, filmmaker Kevin Smith shared his theories about the film during a recent podcast.

"They’re obviously beginning something, and there's a stretch of these flick, and so this is the beginning of the Justice League, as we all suspected as they were announcing that cast," Smith said during the “Hollywood Babble-On” podcast. "We were like, 'This is the beginning of a Justice League movie.' From what I understand now, it's no longer like, 'This is Superman 2.'"

“Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” will open in theaters on May 6, 2016.
