SANTIAGO, CHILE - MARCH 17: Billie Eilish performs during day one of Lollapalooza Chile 2023 on March 17, 2023 in Santiago, Chile.

According to TMZ, the legal documents noted that McIntyre has been sending hundreds of messages to her and her family since September. McIntyre also professed his love for Eilish, and his brother, Finneas, also received violent threats.

Eilish has requested a restraining order from a judge requiring McIntyre to stay away from her family and friends for at least 100 yards away. The man was also prohibited from contacting her close friend, Zoe Donahoe, on her social media accounts.

According to the court documents, McIntyre said in the messages, "I'm hunting your brother and his friends." He sent disturbing profession of his love through voicemails and threatened to kill her brother and Elon Musk.

He also apologized for what could have happened to his brother, and he said he tried, and she knows what it means.

Eilish also claimed that McIntyre have been stalking her outside her home and even to her family's home. She said she was extremely worried that the pattern of harassment would continue if he were not restrained.

She said she was more worried that he would act on his threats and go to even more extreme lengths to act upon his wild fantasies that could endanger her, her family, and friends.

Eilish Suffers From Emotional Injury

Eilish admitted that she suffered from severe and substantial emotional injury. She was scared for the safety of her family and friends and continued to suffer from loss of peace, tranquility, and personal space resulting from the repeated instances of harassment.

"It is also particularly distressing to me that (he) knows where I maintain a private residence and has visited my residence (and apparently my parents' home as well) attempting to find me," Eilish said. Furthermore, McIntyre also knows where Finneas and Zoe live.

On November 4, McIntyre showed up at her house in Los Angeles and rang the intercom bell several times around 2:12 a.m.

Eilish said that she saw McIntyre waiting outside her house, wandering in front of the driveway gate while talking to someone on his phone, and eventually sitting in front of the gate.

Around 3:04 a.m., the City of Glendale Police Department arrived, talked to the stalker, and searched his pockets and bag. The police sent him away, and Eilish's security team also interacted with the police and revealed that the stalker personally visited her.

She lamented that her success has resulted in random individuals previously unknown to her stalking, harassing, and threatening her and also personally contacting her that could potentially harm her.

The judge decides to turn the request into a permanent restraining order.
