A patron departs on his motorcycle from a bar located a few miles from the California border amid the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic on May 26, 2020 in Mohave Valley, Arizona. Bars remain shuttered in California due to COVID-19 restrictions while many are open in Arizona.

According to CBS News' latest report, McPherson and Washington allegedly started a shooting incident in the Park Hill neighborhood on Nov. 5.

The deadly shooting, which specifically happened outside a Hell's Lovers bar at 5514 33rd Avenue led to the death of 43-year-old Michael David and 39-year-old Joshua Batts. Aside from them, three other individuals were badly injured.

District Attorney Beth McCann claimed that the suspects did the senseless shooting just to solve disputes. They relied on their guns to resolve whatever issue they were facing at the bar.

However, their deadly actions accidentally killed and injured other people around them.

As of writing, McPherson and Washington are both facing numerous counts of first-degree murder and attempted murder. Authorities said that they saw the "PRIVET CLUB H.L. M.C." sign posted on the side of the bar's door, hinting that the establishment is owned by the notorious motorcycle gang Hell's Lovers.

However, they are unsure if the two shooters are members of this motorcycle club. More information about the incident is expected to be released as law enforcement continues their investigation.
