Bloomingdale's Unveils Holiday Windows With Special Performance By John Legend

A guy is charged for impersonating a mannequin in a Warsaw store display in order to take jewelry after business hours.

In a store window, the 22-year-old was seen carrying a bag while remaining still. The police have not released the name of the business.

According to police, the suspect went "hunting" in a number of departments after business hours before choosing a jewelry counter.

The individual is also charged with stealing merchandise from a different mall. He faces up to 10 years in jail on burglary and theft charges.

The man stood in the window and mixed in with a number of mannequins, according to Warsaw Police, so neither employees nor customers noticed anything out of the ordinary.

According to the police, he waited until "he felt it was safe" before moving through several departments after business hours and stealing jewelry. Security personnel ultimately caught sight of him.

The individual is charged with two further offenses. In the first, according to police, he ate dinner after it closed had a restaurant located in a different retail center.

He afterwards "exchanged his clothes for new ones" in a clothing store, according to the police, before going back to the restaurant for more food. He was seen on camera ducking under the partially open shutters of the clothes store.

According to Robert Szumiata, a police spokesperson, the guy "took money from several cash registers and tried to steal other items" in the third incident at a different location after waiting until it was beyond closing time.

Pictures of the suspect's ultimate arrest have been made public by the police. The guy is also suspected of robbing a another retail center, where police claim he tried to take more things after it closed and grabbed money from the cash registers.

According to Warsaw prosecutors, the individual has been remanded in detention for three months.
