Future Tennis Star?

Many in the tennis world have congratulated the Kissicks for the birth of their child, some of them even hinting the boy would follow his mother's footsteps and become a tennis player himself in the future, ABC reported.

The Australian Open's account replied on the Instagram post, claiming Hayden's birth was "[t]he greatest triumph" Barty ever achieved. "Future Wimbledon champ?" the Wimbledon's account added.

Barty, a Queensland local with Indigenous heritage, reached the apex of her tennis career as number one during her stint on the WTA tour. She also won grand slam victories at the 2020 French Open, 2021 Wimbledon, and 2022 Australian Open.

The 27-year-old announced her shock retirement from tennis in March, saying she wanted to give back to the community and spend more time with her family.

Barty married Kissick in July 2022.
