Attorneys representing E. Jean Carroll, the writer who accused former President Donald Trump of raping her in the 1990s, have released 48 minutes of deposition footage from the trial.

Several media outlets have asked for the footage to be made public.

Donald Trump was given a late 1980s photo of Carroll, her then-husband John Johnson, Trump, and his then-wife Ivana during the Trump deposition. Donald Trump first mistook Carroll for Marla Maples, his second wife, according to CBS News. He was subsequently corrected, though.

After Trump claimed Carroll made up accusations of rape against him, E. Jean Carroll filed a lawsuit against him for defamation and violence. Donald Trump refuted the claims and said Carroll was not his "type."

Donald Trump constantly calls E. Jean Carroll names throughout the deposition, including "mentally sick."
In response to questions about the Access Hollywood video, Trump characterizes it as "locker room talk" that he and other famous people could get away with.
